Condensed foam on lower supports. Fits most car factory racks and separately purchased rack systems. Fits bars up to 3.5' in diameter. Carries up to two kayaks three ways: saddle-style, J-style or stacked sideways. Carries up to two SUPS stacked flat. Includes two bow and stern tie-downs, and four load straps to keep gear secure.
