Do some checks before installation:
1. Set the output resolution of your signal source not higher than TV, and set the max resolution not higher than 3840*2160@30Hz (4K@30Hz).
2. Connect your devices directly and check if they have image output (without HDMI extender).

4.How to set EDID.
If this device can't recognize your TV's EDID during the first connection, set the following settings please.
(1) Connect the TV to the HDMI IN on Transmitter(TX).
(2) Connect the power supply to Transmitter.
(3) Hold EDID button for 3-5 seconds. Green light stops flashing, indicating EDID copy is complete.
